    在面對龐大的書籍刊物中，若沒有一套完整得系統，就沒有辦法迅速的從龐大的書海中找出所需要的書籍，編目規則將目錄資料的標準化，使得整理書籍更加便利，雖然在打中英對照時，感覺上十分繁瑣，但隨著時代的變遷，書的出版只會日益變遷的變得更多更多，因此繁瑣會在資料建檔上以及找尋能夠更加準確，為了今後的便利，於是在最初建檔的時候，寧願多花一些功夫，更能得到更大的效益。讓我也十分的佩服構劃編目規則的許多貢獻，使的圖書館成為資料儲存與檢索的最佳工具，在需要之時，能夠迅速得找出自己所需的參考書目，雖然也許今日所打得這些規則在明日又有所變更，但我相信是為了隨著時代的潮流以及讀者所需而因此日益更新。
